How do I report a return?

You can register a return within 14 days of receipt via hey@zooby.nl . Please include the following in your email:

Please indicate in your email that you wish to register a return and state:

  • your order number

  • the reason for return

  • in case of damage or problems: add photos of the item and a brief description of the problem

After receiving your request, we will confirm the return notification. You will receive a free return label by email , which you can use to drop off the package at a DHL point of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE! Only undamaged and uncleaned items will be accepted. Returns without prior notification will not be processed; we assess each shipment upon receipt.

Damage and problems

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Defective, damaged, or incorrect item? Contact hey@zooby.nl as soon as possible . to report the problem

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you.

Once approved, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

  • Refund will be made within 14 working days

  • Processing by your bank or payment provider can take 3 to 5 business days

If you haven't received your refund after 20 business days , please contact us at hey@zooby.nl .
